Build the inspection plan into the order.

Quality requirements are clearest when the sample, test method, acceptance criteria and reporting format are agreed before production.

Five quality checkpoints stated on the website

StageWebsite-described coverage
IQCIncoming LED, PCB, cable and housing checks; wavelength accuracy is described as ±5 nm.
IPQCIn-process checks including SMT placement, torque and sub-assembly.
Aging testTemperature, output consistency, burn-in and heat-dissipation checks.
FQCCosmetic, full-mode functional, accessories and packaging inspection; AQL Level II 2.5/4.0 is stated.
OQCRandom batch sampling, label verification and loading photos.

Testing scope needs order-level confirmation

HSY’s pages mention spectrometers, integrating spheres, functional tests, power-density reports, beam-pattern data and continuous aging. The site contains two aging-test ranges—4–8 hours and 8–24 hours—so the applicable standard must be confirmed for the model.

Quality inspection documentation
  • Confirm measurement distance, equipment and calibration
  • Define wavelength and irradiance tolerances
  • Agree AQL, sample size and acceptance/rejection criteria
  • List required reports, photos and traceability fields
  • Allow customer or third-party inspection where contracted

Certification names shown by HSY

The source website displays CE, FCC/FCC ID, FDA, RoHS, UL/ETL, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485. It also states that FDA 510(k) applies to some panel products.

Verification rule: certification coverage is not universal. Request the exact certificate or report, applicant/holder, model list, standard, issue date and validity for the intended market. FDA registration, clearance and approval are not interchangeable terms.

Warranty differs by product

The quality service page states a 24-month warranty. Individual product pages show one year for HSY-TPM100 and three years for HSY-TP01300. The purchase contract and SKU specification must resolve the applicable coverage, DOA period, exclusions and replacement method.
